Sale-transaction history is sourced from the Property Price Register, published by the Property Services Regulatory Authority. Vestcove cleans and filters records but does not modify reported sale prices. The register is not a price index, and certain records (non-full-market or VAT-exclusive sales) are excluded from comparable selection.
